Indian Police Force is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language cop action drama streaming series on Amazon Prime Video. The series is created and directed by Rohit Shetty and Sushwanth Prakash. Produced by Rohit Shetty under the banner of Rohit Shetty Picturez and Reliance Entertainment. This series stars Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty, and Vivek Oberoi. The series is set in Shetty’s fictional Cop Universe.
On Saturday, Rohit Shetty unveiled the much-awaited teaser for Indian Police Force season 1. It is a Prime Video original series, starring Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi. It will be release on January 19, across more than 240 countries worldwide.

The teaser opens with explosions and blasts across different parts of Mumbai with the ticking clock sound unfolding the suspense. Set against the background of imminent danger, it introduces brave cops, Sidharth Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi and Shilpa Shetty, who start a chase to catch the mastermind of the bomb blasts in the city.
Promising impressive visuals with extravagant entertainment on the OTT platform, Indian Police Force goes all out as a part of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. It is created by Rohit Shetty and directed by Rohit Shetty and Sushwanth Prakash. The show will have seven episodes for the first season, said to be paying a tribute to the selfless service provided by the police force of the nation, evoking patriotism.

Development
The series was announced by Rohit Shetty in April 2022. The first look teaser featuring Sidharth Malhotra were unveiled in April 2022 on Amazon Prime Video.
Shilpa, Siddharth and Rohit were spotted at the Mumbai Airport before leaving for Goa, Maharashtra on 9 May 2022.
Film Shooting
The series were primarily shot in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Goa, Greater Noida. The principal photography of the series started in mid-April 2022. The first schedule kickstarted in Goa from 12 May ended in May 2022 before Shetty left for Cape Town to shoot Khatron Ke Khiladi 12.
Release Date
On 18 April 2022, Amazon Prime Video announced the series officially, with a first look and teaser being released. The series scheduled to release on 19 January 2024.
